It took an eternity to simply make an appt!! About 1.5 weeks. Left a couple messages for someone to call me back to schedule and no one ever did- would give 1 star only for that. however, once I was final weeks. My only complaint... use steering wheels covers! Mine is always so grimy when you guys return the car to me. More

My experience was amazing. I had a long wait but it was well worth it. Camille helped get not 1 problem fixed but 2. I'm beyond ecstatic. After having multiple bad experiences at the Kia on Thornton Rd, an well worth it. Camille helped get not 1 problem fixed but 2. I'm beyond ecstatic.
