Some services were not rendered. I had a tire going flat prior to getting the car serviced. It was on the front driver side. I took it to Firestone and they found a nail in the tire. This was proof that they didn't actually rotate the tires. More

Quick and easy I arrived at Jim Ellis Kia after 2pm on T 11/26, just before Thanksgiving. I was not set on purchasing a car, but was exploring the Kia Stinger. I t I arrived at Jim Ellis Kia after 2pm on T 11/26, just before Thanksgiving. I was not set on purchasing a car, but was exploring the Kia Stinger. I test drove the vehicle, decided I was interested, but wanted to research some, and was about to leave. The salesman, Zak Benabdesselam, had me speak directly with the manager, Chris Kwon. Chris offered me a vehicle to drive home to show my wife, despite my home being 25 miles away. This also allowed me to test an important criteria -- would the vehicle get up my long steep driveway. I researched the Stinger and inventory available in the area while at home, finding the selection and pricing at Jim Ells to be comparable or better. I also arranged a loan while at home. I returned to the dealership after 4:30 pm, reviewed the inventory on hand in person. I made a selection, negotiated a price, had my trade in evaluated, and made my purchase.
