***Update 1/13/20*** So I was pretty happy with the buying process of my new vehicle, however the follow up response and the delay of paying off my previous car loan has been very disappointing. I have emailed and left messages and received no follow up response. I called the account dept today to discover my payoff for the previous car was just sent out today. I’m a little confused as to why it takes 13 days to send out. I’m just hoping it is received before the due date of 1/15 and that the payoff is not short. Needless to say it’s tainted my experience With Jim Ellis Kia a little. I purchased my car on the last day of the year and the process was SEAMLESS!! Zak and the finance team were fantastic, very transparent and easy to work with. This is my second Kia purchase from this dealership and their integrity and professionalism always exceed my expectations. Zak was awesome, I did not feel pressured. He listened to exactly what I specified I wanted in terms of monthly payment and they worked to make sure I did not go a penny over that amount. They were exceptionally fair on my Trade in vehicle and I left with a brand new 2020 vehicle that I LOVE. I will continue to use Jim Ellis Kia for my future purchases and highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or used Vehicle. I am glad Ericka convinced me to come in as I almost did not based on the online KBB estimate for my trade in. The guys I worked with were Fantastic. Professional. HONEST More

Problem not fixed first time.
