Oil changes Prices are competitive to that of quick lube shops, and they bend over backwards to make sure you have a good experience—unlike experience I’ve had at quick lube shops. I’ve never had a major issue with the car, and I think it’s because they do thorough inspections. More

Some services were not rendered. I had a tire going flat prior to getting the car serviced. It was on the front driver side. I asked the dealership to check it when I brought it in fo I had a tire going flat prior to getting the car serviced. It was on the front driver side. I asked the dealership to check it when I brought it in for scheduled service. Tire inspection and rotation were listed on the service items. The next morning, the same tire went flat. I took it to Firestone and they found a nail in the tire. This was proof that they didn't actually rotate the tires. More
