Service is done well, but takes forever I have purchased two cars from here, and always have both serviced here. I have found in my last 3 visits that when they tell my it will take 1.5 to I have purchased two cars from here, and always have both serviced here. I have found in my last 3 visits that when they tell my it will take 1.5 to 2 hours, it takes more than 3.5 hours. I have now learned that I should drop off my car and not wait for it to be completed. On my last trip my service provider, Camille Williams, was very helpful and I hope to avoid these issues in the future. As far as my Cadenza I LOVE it - it's much nicer than my Mercedes E350. The only problem I have is that on longer trips I have found that the check engine light goes on. Service always checks it and says there is no issue, but not sure why that keeps happening. More

I was given a receipt with no explanation of what was wrong, had to speak with a manager to even get some type of answers. Even the manager made excuses for the employees! I literally had to beg for services I paid for and I was told I would receive refund but given only a copy of the original receipt. I would never go to this dealership EVER again! Diana is the Best! I had a bad experience with service at Carriage Kia, where I bought my Sedona, and decided to try Jim Ellis Kia about a year and a half ago. Luckily, I had a bad experience with service at Carriage Kia, where I bought my Sedona, and decided to try Jim Ellis Kia about a year and a half ago. Luckily, Diana was my service rep. She has always been friendly, professional, and very candid about what is going on with my car. She really makes a trip to the dealership, which most people I know dread, a totally different experience. If there are any issues she addresses them immediately. Yesterday when my car was ready from having the oil changed, she saw a very small puddle of oil in the garage and halted me leaving, and took the car to have it put on the lift to make sure it wasn't mine leaking oil. Her attitude is always pleasant, and, honestly, she is the reason I come to Jim Ellis KIA. I think there are more people like me, as I spoke to one of Diana's other customers yesterday. She deserves a nice Christmas bonus! More
What was the point in calling ahead? I called to make sure a part was in stock. I was told there were 4. I then scheduled an appointment for 2 days later to have the part installed. When I talked to parts I offered to pay for the part but was told there was no need. I shared with the service advisor my need to have the part installed and no flags were raised. When I arrived 2 days later I was told the "proper procedure" was to have the service advisor evaluate what part was needed only to find out the part was no longer in stock. They will call me in few days when it comes in. So I wasted several days, still do not have the part installed, nor do I know when it will. I wasted my time and my effort and still have to do it all over again. More
