All the employees were friendly and did a good job of walking me through the appointment. I originally schedule my appointment for an oil change and brake change; an appointment set for 12pm. It was determined my brakes were not in need of being changed. Mark came an informed me that the pads still had 6mm left. I arrived at 11:50 and didn't get my car back until 2; it basically took two hours to change my oil. My only complaint is the length of time it took, seeing that the brake change wasn't done. More

Great customer service/ way overpriced I had the perfect brand specialist Lavar Frederick who communicated well, and made me feel at home. I would come back just to see him. Now as far as the prices go... they are a little outrageous. They wanted to charge $20 to change a tail light and $30 to change an air filter.
