All the employees were friendly and did a good job of walking me through the appointment. I originally schedule my appointment for an oil change and brake change; an appointment set for 12pm. It was determined my brakes were not in need of being changed. Mark came an informed me that the pads still had 6mm left. I arrived at 11:50 and didn't get my car back until 2; it basically took two hours to change my oil. My only complaint is the length of time it took, seeing that the brake change wasn't done. More

I know I will not be forced into unnecessary services and they always do exactly what I want, correctly, the first time around. Great customer service/ way overpriced I had the perfect brand specialist Lavar Frederick who communicated well, and made me feel at home. I would come back just to see him. Now as far as the prices go... they are a little outrageous. They wanted to charge $20 to change a tail light and $30 to change an air filter. We ended up taking the car to autozone afterwards where the change it for free if you buy the products. Happy with the oil change and new battery. Thanks Jim Ellis! More
