I brought my car in at 7:30 because my check engine light was on - I was the 2nd person there and waited in the lobby. I did not hear anything until 9:30. I would have expected someone would have at least looked at my car BEFORE 2 hours to determine the problem. Said prob was a leak in gas cap. Had to pay almost $175 to replace - I could pay $15 at autozone to replace it myself with free diagnostic! The only reason I continue to return is that I trust Diana with my car and she treats me with respect and is honest every time I am there (which is too often - lol). More
