Great Car Buying Experience Visited the dealership to purchase a new Kia Soul for my wife. We had done a lot of research beforehand and had narrowed our choices to either a GT-Line or an X-Line. Lavar had the vehicles waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to provide information that helped us narrow down our selection. I'm a USAA member and used their car buying service to get a "true quote" on the vehicle we were interested in. Negotiation and details took place primarily via email, meaning I did not have to spend hours in the dealer. Once we agreed on a final price the time at the dealer was probably the shortest I have ever spent for a new car purchase. All in all I felt like I got a fair deal on the car, the staff was friendly and customer service focused, and the process was as painless as it could be. Would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More

Better than Last Time I was with a brand new associate this time (Chris Ford), and even though he was getting use to the system, he was very helpful. Last time, the guy tol I was with a brand new associate this time (Chris Ford), and even though he was getting use to the system, he was very helpful. Last time, the guy told me I needed new tires at 15,000 miles. When I went this time, the new associate and manager told me my tires were good. I felt like last time the guy was taking advantage of me saying I needed new tires. Also, last time I had to pay a bill for them changing my oil, even though it is included in my package when I bought the car. The guy last time explain that the oil was free but service was not. I didn't agree, but I let it go. The associate (Chris Ford) this time did not charge me (because it was included in my package), and was very helpful with any questions. I will be sure to return to him! They also washed my car!! More

She ended up calling me and having me come back, making it right and replacing the bulb for free since it was the service department’s “miss.” I would have to say at this location I have always had service that goes beyond a normal service department.
