Felt scammed This is the worst experience by far that I have had at this Kia dealership. The person that I checked in with was the only consultant there. The male that I checked n with came to get me from the waiting area. I asked if it was ready. He said the tech had some recommendations for me. The recommendations were new tires, a battery and a number of other things. I have not had any issues with my battery nor my tires. The consultant said I needed tires because “they are round and that’s what makes you roll”. The total for the recommendations was over $2000. To see the list made me feel that he thought I was stupid about car care because I was female. I had to get the cashier to go get my papers for checkout after I had seen my car finished for 15 minutes. The consultant was talking on the phone. When he got off the phone he came to the cashiers window with a printed sheet regarding a survey I might receive. He told me how to complete the survey and if I couldn’t give him a perfect score to call him. As you can deduct, I didn’t do that! More

Jason and I spoke about an impending 30,000 mile update, and he in no way pressured me to have it sooner. I was under the impression I needed it now, but he told me to actually have it later. Jason called me several times to keep me posted on the status of my vehicle. I appreciate his attentiveness and willingness to keep me informed throughout the time my vehicle was in the hands of the service team. More
Found my Telluride! I fell in love with the Telluride after a test drive at another Kia dealership and when I was ready to buy, that dealership had NO inventory of Tellur I fell in love with the Telluride after a test drive at another Kia dealership and when I was ready to buy, that dealership had NO inventory of Tellurides and no definitive ETA of when they would get more (these cars are in HIGH demand). I went online to Jim Ellis Kia and saw that they had exactly the Telluride I wanted. The transaction was the easiest I've ever experienced as they came through with a fair trade-in value and I didn't have to hassle much with them! The only area that could have perhaps been better would have been for them to spend a little more time with me showing me how to set up all the technology in the Telluride. More

Transparency With A Smile! I just relocated to GA from VA and my vehicle was due for an oil change. I took my vehicle in to Jim Ellis and Robbie was AWESOME! He was very welcomi I just relocated to GA from VA and my vehicle was due for an oil change. I took my vehicle in to Jim Ellis and Robbie was AWESOME! He was very welcoming and put me at ease right away. My oil change was completed before I knew it and my vehicle was delivered washed/clean. I highly recommend Robbie for any service needs! More
