Doubtful I will return I booked an appointment 5 days in advance, to replace a wheel sensor, it took 7 hours, because they needed authorization from Kia to replace and alrea I booked an appointment 5 days in advance, to replace a wheel sensor, it took 7 hours, because they needed authorization from Kia to replace and already recalled part. Why was this authorization not completed before I arrived? There is no reason a customer should have to wait 6 hours, for work that was completed in 1 hour. Jim Ellis does not put the customer first. I don't know who dropped the ball on this, but it should be addressed. I would love to speak with the service and/or general manager. More

They gave me the option of a courtesy car because the service was going to take several hours. Our situation was unique, in that we were holding 2 cars for purchase until the money to fund the purchases came from the proceeds of some financial transactions. We were given a loaner car for a week, and the two cars we were purchasing were held by the dealership, until we were able to verify funds. Very few dealerships would have taken care of us this well!
