Criminals or incompetent My car was in for a recall that was a follow-on to a previous recall. Supposedly my engine was replaced in a previous recall. Based upon that recall My car was in for a recall that was a follow-on to a previous recall. Supposedly my engine was replaced in a previous recall. Based upon that recall there was another recall for a potential fuel line issue. The dealer had my car for about a month so I asked them to also rotate and balance my tires. When I went to get my car, I paid for the tire rotation. Before leaving the dealership I noticed that the tire rotation never happened. There is green paint on the back left tire which was still in the same place. Also the tread on the rear is much greater than the front... I got a refund for the tire rotation before leaving. On top of that, prior to picking up my car I was called and notified that my front brakes were at 2% and need to be fixed. Thankfully I declined since this is complete xx and an attempt to rob me. They never took my tires off so how the xxxx did they check the brake pads!!! I plan to get my engine numbers checked as I don't believe my engine was ever changed in the first place. I will then take this up with Kia Corporate. More
