Our only disappointment was that others were offered brand switch discounts, but we were declined. We were told our two Infiniti cars were too old to qualify as 2011 and 2005 models. Quite a shame since we were clearly an Infiniti family who appreciated the long service the cats gave us. We have already cautioned other interested friends that switching model loyalty runs out after 6 years for Kia sales. I don’t remember the name of the manager that turned us down More

This was my first 5,000 mile oil change. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time.
