Not impressed with the Upselling I brought my KIA in for an OIL CHANGE on Saturday, March 9th. The only people who have touched my 2015 KIA since I purchased it from Cobb County KIA h I brought my KIA in for an OIL CHANGE on Saturday, March 9th. The only people who have touched my 2015 KIA since I purchased it from Cobb County KIA have been employed at this establishment. I have had all of the recommended services and up until it crossed over 100K miles, I kept a service package. I was told that I needed to have my coolant flushed because "it was the wrong color" to the tune of $165.00. The wrong color??? Also, this Coolant flush (recommended at 100K) service was done at the 100K service, or at least it was listed on the receipt. My car now has 140K miles on it. This seems to be a pattern with Jim Ellis. We did not have these issues when the dealership was Cobb County KIA. The last time I visited for an oild change, prior to this Saturday, I was informed that my brakes needed replacing (they did NOT). So, I'll be moving my business. More

Criminals or incompetent My car was in for a recall that was a follow-on to a previous recall. Supposedly my engine was replaced in a previous recall. Based upon that recall there was another recall for a potential fuel line issue. The dealer had my car for about a month so I asked them to also rotate and balance my tires. When I went to get my car, I paid for the tire rotation. Before leaving the dealership I noticed that the tire rotation never happened. There is green paint on the back left tire which was still in the same place. Also the tread on the rear is much greater than the front... I got a refund for the tire rotation before leaving. On top of that, prior to picking up my car I was called and notified that my front brakes were at 2% and need to be fixed. Thankfully I declined since this is complete xx and an attempt to rob me. They never took my tires off so how the xxxx did they check the brake pads!!! I plan to get my engine numbers checked as I don't believe my engine was ever changed in the first place. I will then take this up with Kia Corporate. More
