My car was dropped off around 11:30 am and I was told that I would get a call when the car was ready. No one called me. I went to pick up my car at 3:00 pm and I saw my car in the back parking lot. it was done. I had to wait around 20 min until my adviser would give me my key. He asked me if I would like to wait for another 15 min for the car to be washed. The car must have been washed by the time I arrived. I said no. I couldn't wait longer. Then, he said that the receipt wasn't ready, he will email it to me. and.... I haven't gotten any email with my receipt yet. More
