No hassle car buying I walked into Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw to do my research and I was immediately greeted by Alex Williams. I had my notebook for all of the things I mu I walked into Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw to do my research and I was immediately greeted by Alex Williams. I had my notebook for all of the things I must have in a car and the things I wanted. Alex politely answered my questions and I was able to cross some trim levels of the Kia Sorento off my list. Alex asked, "What can I do to get you to take home this car (Kia Sorenta SX) today." I said nothing. Much to my surprise, he pulled the Kia Sorento SX with the Touring Package and the Kia SXL to the front of the dealership. He throughly explained the features of both trim levels so that I could understand the difference. I test drove the SXL. I asked a few more questions and thanked Alex for his time. When I returned to purchase the car, Alex again went over all of the features of the car, set up most of the technology and assured me that I could contact him for any questions in the future. Mike Awolusi is the consummate professional. Dealing with the finance department was a breeze. Everyone was was very friendly. More
