Restated the service that I originally brought my Forte in for as well as the service that was going to be performed due to a couple of recalls I was unaware of. In addition, I decided to go out to eat while my car was being serviced. Diana noticed that it was raining and offered to have the shuttle take me there. I decided that the walk would do me good so I declined her offer. To help me stay dry, she gave me an umbrella to use. She even went so far as to call me at the restaurant to ensure I made it safely and again offered the shuttle to bring me back. I was blown away. I don't get that kind of consideration from my wife. More
