Great service As a first time car buyer, I was not sure how to do the whole car buying process. It seemed like it was going to be intimidating, but my salesman, James, made the whole process a breeze. I was not pressured at all. He helped my understand everything we we're doing and made it very simplified. We were able to come to a decision on a fair price for the vehicle I chose, and signed away. The whole car buying process was pressure-free. I did not feel pressured to say yes or no. James also was very polite and did not push to make a deal. Overall, I would definitely come back to Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw to purchase again. More
The oil change/tire technician is totally incompetent ; the service technician cared about me and the car, but the oil/tire technician is incompetent. I have a Kia Stinger and the tech did not know you hav the service technician cared about me and the car, but the oil/tire technician is incompetent. I have a Kia Stinger and the tech did not know you have to rotate tires side to side. Also, they underfilled my oil at 5 quarts when the Stinger takes 7.5 quarts. I know more than the tech just by reading the manual. More

It took the dealership two weeks to get the needed paperwork to my loan officer/company. Even after several phone calls and emails by both myself and my loan officer it still took that long. Now come to find out almost a month after I have had my car the dealership has not made contact with the company that I had financed my trade in vehicle with. Also there was a scratch on my car upon delivery but it took over a week and a half for someone to get back with me to set up a time to get that taken care of. Someone there is totally dropping the ball and doesn't seem to have the customer's best interest at heart. More
Great customer service! I brought in my Sorrento because I had heard a grinding noise when backing up. Levar met me as I pulled in and took my information. Shortly he and the tech who inspected my car were explaining to me about my brakes. They told me I could wait till the next time I came in. There was also no charge. When I got out to my car, I was extremely pleased to see someone had vacuumed my front floor mats. I love the service I get at Jim Ellis Kia, and I love Levar! More

Not only was he polite and friendly, he offered to wash and vacuum my vehicle, he offered shuttle service if I wanted to leave the dealership while my vehicle was being serviced, and my vehicle was done in less than half the time originally estimated. I will bring my vehicle back again and again for routine maintenance because of excellent service and customer appreciation from employees like Mr. Dale. More

And they washed my car! That was an unexpected surprise!! He made me feel like I was his first priority.
