Slow service Well I arrive at my appointment time and was greeted and checked in where I waited patiently for a oil change and tire rotation as I waited I notice I Well I arrive at my appointment time and was greeted and checked in where I waited patiently for a oil change and tire rotation as I waited I notice I have been there 2 1/2 hrs where I was told my radiator needs to replaceed and that was very unexpected news on the sense I had no problems out of my car but notice antifreeze on mainofold of engine I was so upset but that’s not the end i have factory warrranty which covers replacement of radiator but my service advisor was not helpful at all and just told me it will be a 900.00 dollar repair I also called to set my appointment up through customer service line and was quoted 39.00 for oil change my service advisor Robbie told me he has giving me a complimentary coupon but on further inspection it was not discount at all just adjusted to seem like I was helped but I called this morning and was quoted the price so I was aware what I was paying I called where I purchase my and was informed my factory warranty covered my replacement part and that it can be replaced I was told that Jim Ellis Kia give owners hard time and not wanting to honor warranty I am not pleased and fell as a number and not a customer I also would not recommend service unless it’s last resort honestly when it was Cobb county Kia it was better service and friendly environment it’s very cold and superficial which gives me a unwanted feeling when there. More

Maintenance Visit I called for appointment, they were prompt and got me in right away. Leanne was helpful and kept me up to date on the progress of the work on my car. She advised there was a recall and they took care of that right away. She offered snacks and drinks and wifi. Very pleasant experience. I did rate excellent, because I do think overall it was great. The dealership offers a free car wash and vacuum with each service, which is great; however, vehicle clean up staff did not pay very close attention to detail. It was raining, so they didn't wash my car which was fine. They did say they would vacuum it for me. I think my 5 year old could have done a better vacuuming job. I know this is minor and it is a free service they offer so you can't be too picky. At the same time it is a reflection of the quality of work performed by the dealership. If you are going to offer a free service make sure its done correctly (my thoughts). When I left it was dark and my car was outside, so Leanne could not have seen that it wasn't clean. This is not a reflection of her work and service. More

I've been to other Kia dealers for service, but i've consistently had the best experiences h This dealership has always had the best customer service. I've been to other Kia dealers for service, but i've consistently had the best experiences here. I called for a fix on my radio and got an appointment the very next day. I drive up, Jason Dale comes out and checks the car, I discuss the issue, quickly go over documents near his computer, then sit down. Always waters and snacks available. After around 40 minutes the problem was solved. I payed and Jason walked me out. Every part of the process was quick, efficient, and very friendly. The staff here is so nice. I've gotten to know Jason as well as Miranda due to past experiences. Everyone knows what they're doing. The facility itself is always clean. In the past i've been driven home and back as well. Finally, I don't know who picked up when I called, but the people on the phones are always friendly and to the point as well. More
