Lavar I bought my Camaro here a year ago and got the service package. When I call to make my appointments they always place me with whoever. About 3 times I I bought my Camaro here a year ago and got the service package. When I call to make my appointments they always place me with whoever. About 3 times I’ve gotten Lavar. This time Diana. I scheduled a tire rotation and oil change. Get shuttled to the mall. When getting ready to be picked up the driver called me, I told him where I was. Then hung up. Diana called me, told me to call the driver myself and tell them not to forget the people at the food court. (Thought it was weird why would I have to call them??? And not her?) They bring my car up after 4 hours of waiting they said I had an oil plug stripped so it took longer. It always takes 2+ hours anyways my appointment/arrival was 10 I didn’t leave until 2:45-. My tires were not rotated or pumped up to 41 pressure. My car wasn’t washed (I requested it) and of course in my package I paid for that. I used one of my rotation and I went to leave and noticed these things were not done. I go back inside and Lavar asked what is going on, I told him and he went and got a manager and got it fixed right then. Apologized for the inconvenience, Diana never said a word to me when I told her about it, actually looked very annoyed that I came back in and said what was wrong infront of other customers who then had the same problem. At the end of the day they fixed all the wrongs. Lavar couldn’t be a better service rep! He was so helpful during a very stressful time when I wasn’t even scheduled with him- I know Diana has no control of the service aspect but I was honestly displeased with the pick up/drop off and not being helped with the problems I have. Will for sure be requesting him next time! More
This is the Best car dealership Ever. The employees are all friendly and knowledgeable, the dealership is 5 star. My sales person TK was great from the beginning, he welcomed us first thing in the morning when we arrived and helped us the entire day. I did not plan on buying a car that day, but with the Great deals and service it was a sure thing. My finance and loan representative Michael Awolusi was Awesome. He explained all of my options very well and gave me any answers that I needed. By the time I left the dealership I felt like I had known Michael my entire life. This is not the first Kia I have bought, but Definitely the Best Experience in car sales I have ever had. Thanks to all at Jim Ellis Kia. Sorry Kevin Borjnordi I almost forgot you. Exceptional service I brought my car in for routine maintenance a few days before Christmas. Long story short, they discovered lots of problems and ultimately said it nee I brought my car in for routine maintenance a few days before Christmas. Long story short, they discovered lots of problems and ultimately said it needed a new motor. I was beyond stressed as it was the holidays and I didn't have "a new engine" fund stashed away, not to mention I had travel plans. They ended up telling me the engine would be covered by the warranty, and they gave me a loaner free of charge. Both were completely unexpected but greatly appreciated. They told me due to the holidays that it may take 1 - 2 weeks which I fully understood, but since I had the loaner I didn't mind. They ended up calling me just a few days later saying my car was ready. Miranda and the service manager, David, were exceptionally professional and kept me up to date. They made what could have been a frustrating situation just days before Christmas as smooth as possible. Thanks to all who helped and I hope you all enjoyed your holidays. Respectfully - More

Oil change, 15,000 service, + front brakes. I came in for an oil change (4th one in 22,377 miles). I left with a $630 bill after a 15,000 service (incl front brakes), Not thrilled with that! I came in for an oil change (4th one in 22,377 miles). I left with a $630 bill after a 15,000 service (incl front brakes), Not thrilled with that! Leased this 2015 Optima for 42 months and bought it in August 2018. Very low mileage. When I called for the appointment, I asked if I needed a "service". Answer was "No, only an oil change with those miles." During the 27 point inspection, front brakes were found worn more than the rear, which resulted in the 15,000 mi service. I did authorize the work, but was somewhat shocked with the cost. Had I known the price (not disclosed with upgrade), I would have waited. I also was told I needed four new tires (not wear, but dry rot) and that was to cost $700+. I won't buy them from Kia at that price. More
