First Time Lease I initially went to the dealership to inquire as to what my options were for leasing rather than buying. I wanted a new vehicle for my wife who has recently retired and I knew the mileage would be lower than what she would normally have on her car. I spoke with Mike Awolusi from Finance, he was very open as to the Pros and Cons of leasing. Mike got me connected with Tracy McFadden in sales and from there it was just a matter of selecting the right car and getting the numbers where I needed them to be to close the deal. Tracy was very helpful and very professional throughout the entire process. I've tried other KIA dealerships in Woodstock and Smyrna and ended up coming back to Jim Ellis KIA. Lavar is an added plus to your company. He's professional, thorough and accommodating. I remember having the same type of service when I purchase my VW Jetta at the Jim Ellis dealership located on Peachtree Industrial Pkwy. It was okay I brought my car in to replace the seat due to a tear in the leather. I was told that it would take about 2 hours. 5 hours later I hadn't heard from anyone regarding the status of the repair. I called Robbie and he informed me that the technician was just finishing up and he was about to call me. I would have appreciated a call sometime between the 3 hr and 4 hr mark to let me know what was going on. Generally I have very good customer service at this location. I'm not sure what happened this time, but it was a big inconvenience since I had to find a ride back to pick up my car significantly later than I anticipated. More

Jason worked with me to secure the most competitive pricing to order a new set (didn’t blink when I found the smart fob & cancelled the spare order), secured a rental for me to drive my kids to/from school during the wait, caught & repaired several outstanding recalls on my vehicle, advised me of a few recommended repairs & in general, just made my experience positive & smooth. Jason won my trust by communicating clearly, my business by his flexibility & kindness. He works hard to satisfy customers & it’s evident he cares.
