Regular Service Appointment I always enjoy interacting with Lavar. He recognizes me immediately when I arrive and always provides prompt, courteous service. I brought my car in I always enjoy interacting with Lavar. He recognizes me immediately when I arrive and always provides prompt, courteous service. I brought my car in for a routine service. Lavar informed me that in addition to the service, KIA had initiated a computerized safety upgrade to one of the engine warning features (I think), of which I was unaware. Because of this computerized upgrade, the wait time was extended to approx. 2.5 to 3 hours. I indicated that I was willing to wait unless there was a loaner vehicle available. Without hesitation, Lavar arranged for a loaner vehicle and I was on my way. My car was ready when promised. Thank you to Jim Ellis KIA and to Lavar for never over-promising and yet always seeming to over-deliver. Happy Holidays! More
