Great service but some issues I come in regularly for maintenance on my Kia Optima. So I thought that when I had issues with one of my tail lights I would recive the great level of I come in regularly for maintenance on my Kia Optima. So I thought that when I had issues with one of my tail lights I would recive the great level of service I have in the past. When I brought it they said that the replace the tail light would most likely be covered by the warranty. Thinking since it’s only three screws to take the tail light out it would be a quick visit. I waited over an hour to find out it wasn’t covered by the warranty and that it was going to cost 500 dollars to replace it. I understand that this a business but the part isn’t that expensive and it would take under 10 mins to replace the it so how you justify that price is questionable to me. Of course I said I can do it my self than waited another hour to get my car back. I have been very pleased with this dealership in the past and hope that this was a one time thing. More

Car shopping can be very stressful but Blake and Alex took that stress away from me and replaced it with confidence, comfort and customer satisfaction! They assured me that I was at the right place and I definitely was! When it came to the finance part and paperwork Chris Turner was also great. He answered all of my questions before I signed and everything went seamlessly.
