What’s the point of an appointment? Had an appointment at 10am, grant it I got there at 10:07 am service not completed until 12:23pm for an oil change and tire rotations. Thought that was long, but decided to suck it up. But almost 2/12 half hours is ridiculous. The only good thing was Diana had a great personality. It would be nice to honor appointments or be honest if they cannot. Everyone hates to wait. More
