Service Center Continues to Shine Since 2003, I have owned three Kia Sorentos, and my husband has owned an Optima and now a Sorento. We love Kia, but without good service, we probably would not still be Kia owners. The service center is the best I have ever experienced in my many years of car ownership. A dealership can sell a good product, but it must have a service center that provides owner satisfaction. Poor service caused me to change the brand of car I drove. I hope Jim Ellis Kia continues the excellent service. Robbie Brooks' good sense of humor and courteousness always makes my service appointment enjoyable, and he listens to all concerns and makes sure they are addressed by the technicians. I have been with Robbie for several years now and because of his service, style and confidence he exudes, its what has kept me in the Kia brand. Unfortunately, due to new ownership the jury is still out for me if I would purchase again at Jim Ellis Kia. I also had the pleasure of dealing directly with the previous owner of Cobb County Kia and combined with both relationships (Steve & Robbie) was the absolute best. My husband mentioned to me when I returned for service there would be notable changes within the dealership. One thing for sure the the lack of a friendly atmosphere no longer exist. I went up to the cashier and the two people behind the desk took a good 2 minutes to even acknowledge my presence. Definitely time to reconsider my future auto needs..... More

Dec 2018 service for routine maint and recall Miranda was my Service Consultant. She could not have been more courteous, respectful, helpful and so considerate of my time. I took my car in for routine service and for a recall issue. She quickly prepared my paper work and I was on my way home using their shuttle service. When she discovered that the recall service was going to take more than a couple of hours, Miranda called me and sent the shuttle service to pick me up and get me into a loaner car. Everyone that helped me along the way was very professional and courteous. I would highly recapmenr Jim Ellis Kia dealership. I leased my car from them a year ago and have been pleased with service and people that work there. More
Routine oil change. I visited the service center without an appointment to have a routine oil change. I was given a coupon to reduce the cost as well as a free car wash.
