Better than I expected Went to Jim Ellis because of a recall on my Optima. I was helped by Leanne Knight who took the time to let me know exactly what the recall was for as Went to Jim Ellis because of a recall on my Optima. I was helped by Leanne Knight who took the time to let me know exactly what the recall was for as well as notifying me that there was an earlier recall that they would also take care of. When the initial service was complete, she let me know what other service was suggested on my car yet didn't pressure me to have additional service done that visit. Leanne was very pleasant and I appreciate being treated like a customer not a number. More
