Incomplete service Bought a brand new Kia in May, Went here for my first routine service. My cars low air pressure light was on because my two front tires were low, and Bought a brand new Kia in May, Went here for my first routine service. My cars low air pressure light was on because my two front tires were low, and I assumed when they rotated my tires and did the other inspections that they would put air in my tires. unfortunately, the light was still on when I got my car back and my two front tires are still low... meaning they lied and didn’t even rotate my tires. The people were very nice when they spoke with me, but it all seemed a little disorganized and they didn’t work well together More
