Bad service When I bought the car I was told by salesmen the warranty covered bumper to bumper except brakes and tires because of normal wear and tear. My wife go When I bought the car I was told by salesmen the warranty covered bumper to bumper except brakes and tires because of normal wear and tear. My wife goes in for oil change and was told that she need a alignment at only 20,380 miles and the warranty doesn't cover it. Then I was told when all said and done I would have to pay $118 but alignment only $89.95. The rest of the money is for a pair of gloves and paperwork. More

Clear & concise I scheduled an appt. for recall work & much to my delight, discovered there was an extended warranty on another issue. My car is not brand new.
