Don’t trust this dealership. Went in for break issue. They charged me for an unnecessary service. Tried to charge between $694-$2500 for more services because they didn’t know wha Went in for break issue. They charged me for an unnecessary service. Tried to charge between $694-$2500 for more services because they didn’t know what was wrong. No one offered to call Kia or try to see if there was a manufacturer defect. I called Kia to get a goodwill ticket on my own. The very next day after car was repaired, the battery was dead. I’m not sure they didn’t tamper with the battery to get more money from me. Did not feel like my time or money was valuable to them. I will not return. More

The other repairs were not, so I was unable to have the repairs done. I feel Kia should take care of the repairs since it is a safety issue with the airbag. More

So I couldn't get a free car wash at the dealer? Not true. My service rep, Lavar, removed the tag, got the car washed, and personally put the tag back on the vehicle. I am thrilled. He's the best!
