They had me the car I wanted, the same day. Not just a car, THE car, the one I wanted! The one everyone kept telling me was a dream car. A dream car is something like a Lamborghini not something readily attainable. The buying process was so streamlined I got more car than I ever dreamed I could. Don’t waste your time at this dealership, they are as shady as they come. I am 52 yrs old and thought I had seen it all until I went to this place “CROOKS” is the first word that comes to mind among many shady as they come. My son traded a car in a few days earlier so I thought I would see what they could do on a trade in of my two cars for the gas mileage, after five hours of xx we finally came to what was supposed to be an acceptable deal, then the finance guy James proceeds to call me in the office and shut the door and tell me that we had one more mountain to climb. He could not finance my son after giving him the car a few days earlier and if I did not co sign for him that my deal was null and void ,once again after going back and forth for five hours. DECEPTION AND BLACK MAIL is what comes to mind here and it’s not like I was getting some kind of dream deal as for they kept trying to get me to put more money down, and they were jamming me on my trades. The salesman will try to get you all excited by quoting payments and prices they can’t do and then the finance and back room CROOKS will jam you. They also like to try to get you to take the car home before they have any real numbers and financing in place so that you think you’re obligated and then they will bend you over. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND EVEN GET STARTED WITH THESE GUYS, THEY ARE MASTER MANIPULATIVE CROOKS, PERIOD. More

It was due to their friendly nature and communication that I decided to forego looking at the two dealerships near me and make the hour drive to talk to Toriana (Tori). From the moment I arrived at the dealership I was treated wonderfully. My mother made the trip with me in order to give me her opinion and was treated in an equally generous manner. I decided to buy a new Titanium Silver Soul and I could not be happier. The managers made the deal happen, even when I thought it would not! Tori was so pleasant, friendly, and accomodating throughout the whole process that he truly made my first new car buying experience a fun and memorable occassion. Even the financing representative was pleasant and welcoming. I would definately refer anyone to go to Cobb Kia. The price was perfectly matched for me.
