My husband and I decided to trade our van for a new Kia; we were already thinking about the Soul. While searching for dealers, availability and pricing we requested a quote. Jim Cetrulo from Cobb County Kia call us within minutes of our quote request. We discussed what we were looking for, the vehicle we would be trading and made an appointment for the next morning. When we arrived Jim was waiting for us, greeted us and began showing us various styles of the Soul in addition to mentioning some of the other models on display. He quickly ascertained what features were appealing to us and began showing the models that fit our wants. I had only been a passenger in a Soul and wanted to make sure I liked the way it handled so we took a test drive. Since I would be the primary driver Jim made sure I knew what features came with the model we were considering. When we returned from the test drive we asked what the next step would be and Jim gave us very direct answers without hesitating. He did his job well, but accepted that we were on track with specific requirements. He took us through the trade in process, while working on the new vehicle cost issue. Next he guided us through the financing options, we had already spoken to one bank, but had financed through Kia in the past so we wanted to know what they would offer. He explained everything in detail, he checked and re-checked the numbers to get us good and reasonable pricing and financing options. While it did take a couple of hours from start to finish we were never pushed for decisions until all our questions had been answered. Once all the paper work was completed he took us and made sure the new car had a full tank of gas, assisted us in transferring our personal belongings from our trade in vehicle to the new Soul. Cobb County Kia provided the best price for our used Acura - and I shopped all over the southeast. Skip was also great in the financing department and he was very knowledgable and professional. UPDATED - 2/22/13 The price was good for the vehicle we purchased. I was upset that I was mislead on several items by our salesman. They were: 1. Mislead us on how the taxes are computed (before or after downpayment) 2. Promised us a tank of gas and car wash for our existing car. Did not do either one. 3. Promised us a tank of gas for our new car. Did not fill it up. Did not send us a voucher. In the grand scheme of the transaction, the $50 for the gas isn't a big deal. Just a little upset that the dealership's employees didn't keep their word. More

I got a new warranty. Free detail. Free maintenance plan for 3 years, ect, ect, ect. This dealership has made owning a Kia so much better than any car company I have ever purchased from. And, Mr. White went above and beyond the call of duty, to make this all happen. More

I had shopped around the Marietta area... Everything that I wanted was out of my budget. Stopped in Kia ...just to see what they had...the kia soul was to cute and heard great things about it....Lance was my I wanted was out of my budget. Tony and Lance worked on the price for 2 days...I feel like Tony really went out of his way to make it happen for me!!! it was a great experience. They worked with me on my trade in and my budget... With a 1000.00 down payment ... Service dept is awesome ..Lisa and Andrew has given awesome customer service! I also work in the retail world. So getting great customer service is very hard to find. So I would like to THANK COBB County KIA!!!! More
Saw an ad on dealer web site for used car. Called and spoke to salesman Donnie H. and asked what he could sell car for and could we come look at it. The price quote was fair and Donnie actually came in on his day off to show us the car. He followed through on what he promised and we were very pleased with him. Staff was pleasant and helpful as well. The one thing that may be viewed as a negative is that they have two fees that they keep out of the negotiation of price. Many dealers either wave these fees or are much less. It’s something that just needs to be considered when negotiating price. You can still get a good deal here. We would buy another car from them. We would also request Donnie as our salesperson. More
