SERVICE IN SERVICE DEPT Engine light was on. Didn't know what problem was and took car in without an appointment. Greeted by Jason who told me what it possibly could be. Said Engine light was on. Didn't know what problem was and took car in without an appointment. Greeted by Jason who told me what it possibly could be. Said since I didn't have appointment it could be a while. But he also said if it would be an extended wait time that they could have car to take me wherever I needed to go to while they worked on my car. He also asked if I would like a car wash. It didn't take long at all for them to complete work on my car. He also told me problem and how to avoid cost if it happens again. Very happy with his honesty, professionalism and help.
