Management determined to make it a good experience I had some issues with them not ordering the part I needed for my scheduled appointment so after a wasted trip out there I was very frustrated. Beamer a call and he was very proactive. He called me multiple times until he got a hold of me and scheduled another appointment after ensuring the part had been delivered. He gave me a loaner car to use until my car was ready to be picked up. Jason did the service appointment and he was great too. What started out as a negative experience was quickly fixed and made a good one. More

Tire indicator light and oil change Lavar was awesome and professional as always when we took my Kia Sorento in due to the tire pressure light was on. Fortunately there wasn't a nail in Lavar was awesome and professional as always when we took my Kia Sorento in due to the tire pressure light was on. Fortunately there wasn't a nail in the tire, but Lavar was sure to have them submerge the tire in water to be absolutely sure there were no leaks/holes. Also was prompt with the tire rotation and oil change. Always love the thoughtful car wash as well. Thank you Lavar! More
