No stress. I stopped in with no appointment after taking my grandchildren to two different schools. That morning and the afternoon before I needed to have my car I stopped in with no appointment after taking my grandchildren to two different schools. That morning and the afternoon before I needed to have my car jumped so I was afraid to turn it off and not be able to start it again. Robert was just wonderful when I told him why I was there with no appointment and asked if they could work me in. He said no problem. We will get you going as soon as we can. I realized being Monday they were probably booked solid and this was going to take some time, in which it did. We bought 2 Kia Optimas from Jim Ellis We had such a good experiencing purchasing a used Optima for our daughter’s first car, we returned a month later and bought one for myself!
