SERVICE IN SERVICE DEPT Engine light was on. Didn't know what problem was and took car in without an appointment. Greeted by Jason who told me what it possibly could be. Said Engine light was on. But he also said if it would be an extended wait time that they could have car to take me wherever I needed to go to while they worked on my car. He also asked if I would like a car wash. It didn't take long at all for them to complete work on my car. He also told me problem and how to avoid cost if it happens again. Very happy with his honesty, professionalism and help. Will ask for him anytime I will take my car in for service. More

Oil change My oil change and recalls were supposed to take 2 hours but it totaled 4 hours instead. I came in with my toddler and I was never updated on my vehicl My oil change and recalls were supposed to take 2 hours but it totaled 4 hours instead. I came in with my toddler and I was never updated on my vehicle except when I asked which was at 2.5hours. I had to wake my sleeping toddler (she slept on me) to figure out what is taking my service so long and my service advisor was no where to be found. In total, I was very disappointed at my experience especially since I have a toddler with me. I wish they would have updated me when it was taking longer than expected so that I could Uber back home to let my toddler sleep in peace. A Kia rep called me afterwards and tried to resolve the issue by stating that my future experiences will be dealt by the manager and they would give me a great deal on the Kia Sedona. However, I still haven't decided if their resolution is enough to compensate my embarrassment (my toddler was crying and screaming because she couldn't sleep well) and frustration with my service. More

Greatest experience I had buying a car. I came to find out what was wrong with my 2014 Kia Rio and end up buying a 2018 Kia Forte. My salesperson TK was knowledgeable and friendly.
