Took Sedona for recalls Jason was very friendly, but also very professional. Much better than previous ownership I went to this dealership years ago with my in-laws. Was not impressed with the sales force at that time. It was like they were doing us a favor to I went to this dealership years ago with my in-laws. Was not impressed with the sales force at that time. It was like they were doing us a favor to be one of their customers. Saw a used Sorento on the internet and inquired if it was still available. It was and told them I will be there in 20 minutes to check it out. The sales person on the phone said they would pull from the lot and have it ready to look at when I arrived. They were true to their word. I arrived and introduced myself and a sales person was called to assist me. Very pleasant experience. Talked with the young man and asked how he came about being a sales person here. Was impressed with how the dealership was working with him on a work schedule so he could continue his college studies. I like and support businesses who do this. Only issue was a broken 3 rd row seat belt clip that I noticed a couple days after I had the Sorento. Was a little suprise as the Sorento was a certified vehicle with 100+ check points, this one they missed. Ordered the replacement part (less than $5). More
