Ruined my tintted window. I went to get an oil change and paid $100.00 to have a full drail. After leaving I realized the tint on my back driver side window was completely mess I went to get an oil change and paid $100.00 to have a full drail. After leaving I realized the tint on my back driver side window was completely messed up. It was smudged and cracked. Lifted from the bottom of the window. When I called them back to address the problem they tried to tell me it was like that when I came in. I know that was incorrect because I looked at my car upon leaving. Never cleaned my car and carpool to work and it was never mentioned. I’m still awaiting to see if i will either be compensated or if it will be fixed. The detail over all was great but I’m not pleased with how the situation was handled. More
