Horrible Customer Service I received a call letting me know there was a recall on the minivans motorized doors. I explained that I could bring the van in, however, I have a bab I received a call letting me know there was a recall on the minivans motorized doors. I explained that I could bring the van in, however, I have a baby so I couldn't wait forever. The man assured me that it would take an hour at the most. I bring the van in at my scheduled time of 2pm and another man in the service department tells me it will be around two and a half hours before they will be finished. I explain what the man told me on the phone prior, and that I could not wait there that long with a baby (I also had to pick up my other child). He asks me if I can wait an hour and a half.....I agree. Anyone who's ever had children knows how much fun waiting that long is with a 3 month old. Anyway, after an hour and a half I go check on the progress, just to be told that they hadn't started working on it. I asked if I could leave the van and they told me they were out of loaner vehicles. So, after all of this, I literally sat there for an hour and a half with a 3 month old for literally nothing. I will never use this dealership again, and the customer service within the service department is pathetic. More

I had a wonderful experience working with Diana Bell. I called and was able to get in right away to get my 30,000 mile maintenance done. Took Sedona for recalls Jason was very friendly, but also very professional. He explained everything, answered my questions, and even went back out to my car to retrieve som Jason was very friendly, but also very professional. He pointed out some services that were applicable, and when I declined, that was that...no pressure. The recalls were done, I was taken to where I wanted to eat lunch, and my Sedona was washed.
