First experience with service dept. very favorable. I was a little late going in (past the 5000 miles mark) for my first oil change. Went in on Friday and they were very busy. Good service I spoke with lavar, he resolved my issues and kept me informed throughout. I went in for a resolution to a clicking issue in my steering wheel that I I spoke with lavar, he resolved my issues and kept me informed throughout. I went in for a resolution to a clicking issue in my steering wheel that I was told would require an engine rebuild from a different mechanic. Lavar informed me of what the issue actually was and walked me through what repairing the issues would entail. Overall a good experience, my only complaint is the cost but that was out of his control so I can’t really complain. Also my car was cleaned free of charge so that was quite pleasing. More
