He met my needs, the numbers were spot on and never changed throughout the process. No pressure at all. He was easy to talk too, and explained everything in great detail. He was knowledgeable and connected on all levels. Mike in finance, was quick, efficient, and didn’t pressure us into buying extra warranties/or packages that we felt we didn’t need. We ended up buying a maintenance package at a great value anyways. Although there was a mishap when detailing the car for delivery, they stripped the paint off the shark fin antenna by “accident”. They are suppose to fix this and it’s been documented, but this carelessness soured the experience at the end. Overall the experience was pleasant, no pressure, no haggle, and everyone was seemingly polite and welcoming. Hopefully the “mishap” will get fixed in due time and my early experience with the service dept will change from soured to happy. Update: I’ve been contacted by mgmt to fix the shark fin antenna. More

I initially dreaded the process, but Jimmy & Jon made it a very pleasurable experience. Their personal touch, responsive communications, willingness to work with me on my financial terms, all gained them a return customer in the future. These 2 young men will take good care of you and are very fair in the process. Not to mention they were very patient with me, as this was my first brand new car since 1987, very important investment for me. Easy car buying experience I buy cars about every 10 - 15 years. And that is mainly because I find the classic car buying experience to be so distasteful. Cobb County Kia and I buy cars about every 10 - 15 years. And that is mainly because I find the classic car buying experience to be so distasteful. Cobb County Kia and especially James Wind provided a much more pleasant experience. We test drove three Sorentos. We then left and test drove some Jeeps. We were asked, but never pressured, to make the deal while we were there. The next day, I called James and told him we were coming to make a purchase. When we arrived, he had the final out-the-door price ready; and, it was a good deal. When we were introduced to the business manager, Chris Turner, to sign the final paperwork, we were not pressured to buy anything additional. I went in there to buy a Sorento, and that is exactly what they sold me. Well done, Cobb County Kia More
What a relief! We recently purchased two new KIAs from Cobb County Kia. After working with Internet sales reps for a couple of months, I was utterly discouraged. N We recently purchased two new KIAs from Cobb County Kia. After working with Internet sales reps for a couple of months, I was utterly discouraged. No one wanted to work via the Internet. The dealers all insisted on your coming in to “test drive” the car or the closest we came to discussing pricing online was to “come in to discuss pricing.” I was extremely clear in my communications with every dealer, salesperson or point of contact for the dealership that we did not need to test drive and we would not step foot on a lot until we had a price in hand. Atlanta is too big to run around to multiple dealerships to shop prices. The one dealership we went into before Cobb Count Kia was a Toyota dealership and they did what I knew they would do. Of course, the salesperson promised that would not be the case. I spent less time at the dealership than I did driving to and from the dealership. How hard was it to tell me online that the price you had posted was the only price you were going to offer? It was with trepidation and little hope when I contacted an Internet sales person with Cobb County Kia. I was pleasantly surprised. Laura was an exceptional Internet sales associate. She understood that I needed information before I would venture out to a dealer. She answered all of my questions, requested to call me and asked my permission for her manager to speak with me. Her sincerity was palpable. Jeff Lefkowitz spoke to me on the phone, covered everything I wanted to discuss and was very direct. He understood that I am familiar with the industry and treated me with great respect. We worked with James as our in-house sales representative. Again, James Wind took an honest and thoughtful approach when working with us. He knew everything about each car we considered. He could explain each detail about the cars features and was not pushy in any way. We stayed well past closing, and no one made us feel as though we were putting them out. I would strongly recommend Cobb County Kia to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More
