Wonderful!! Wow where do I start!? My experience at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw was absolutely great, from when I first stepped out of my Uber , very unsure, until Wow where do I start!? My experience at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw was absolutely great, from when I first stepped out of my Uber , very unsure, until I drove away in my brand new Kia very confident in my decision! Each staff member accommodated me along the way but especially Lorde Dawson. She personalized my visit, which gave me the boost of confidence that I needed to make such a big decision as a first time buyer. Lorde, paired with Jimmy, who found the exact car I wanted, and Blake , who went to war for me with the banks, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. And last but not least Mike in the financial department sealed the deal smoothly and and answered any last minute questions that I had. I would not buy a car from anywhere else! More
