None of the usual being treated like your "hang out buddy" and none of the vulgar language. The level of respect meant a lot to me and was displayed throughout the dealership from everyone we came in contact with. Kia just to look and were introduced to James Wind and manager Jeff Lefkowitz. We found James to be knowledgeable, friendly, willing to listen and a pleasure to deal with. After explaining what we wanted and what we wanted to spend, James showed us vehicles that matched our criteria. Never did we feel under any pressure to look at something we neither wanted nor out of our price range. James then introduced us to his manager Jeff who also was quite personable. Jeff asked for one shot at putting together a quote and came back in a few minutes with pricing that met everything we had asked for. Right vehicle, right price, right financing. No back and forth no haggling. Just a fair price where we wanted to be. Talked to James a bit more, no high pressure. Went in to look, walked out with vehicle bought, everybody winning.
