She was by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with. I have tried numerous times to get a car on my own and was always turned down but Keely said she would give it a try and she was certain she would get me in something in my price range. Every person that was employed by Kia stopped at some point while I was there to say hello and ask if they could get me anything. I also have a 9 month old daughter that was with me and needed to change her. The restroom was VERY clean and nice. Over all the best experience I have had trying to buy a car. The environment and level of professionalism from this business made my very stressful visit a walk in the park and I am very pleased with the outcome. Keely Johnson at Cobb County Kia is a magic maker and I would suggest her to everyone I know. More
Great Sales Person!! I recently bought a certified pre-owned Kia Optima from your dealership. Lala was so friendly and supportive right as we got out of the car. She helped me and my wife test-drive multiple vehicles before I chose the car I am driving now. Everyone was friendly and said hello as they walked by. I was there for 5 hours, which did seem long, but Lala was very good with sitting with us and keeping us engaged so the time did go by quickly. There were a few operational issues that I did want to bring to your attention: 1. They lost the keys to the first car I wanted to test drive. They did find it after I test drove 3 other cars. Karma was on my side, because I bought the first car I test drove because they lost the keys to the one I was planning to buy 2. After buying the car, I was only given one key. I asked for the second and they could not find that one either. They eventually found it and I picked it up 2 days later 3. Took way to long waiting for the paperwork after agreeing to buy the car. I was there for 5 hours and I only test drove 3 cars Overall, the experience was pleasant and I would definitely recommend Cobb KIA More
Customer service is not to good after the sale. I have been trying to get something done with my key since the day I bought the vehicle. I did not realize that they gave me a valet key until I got home. been trying to get something done with my key since the day I bought the vehicle. I did not realize that they gave me a valet key until I got home. This means I have no main key to make copies. My owners manual says my engine immobilizer will have to be replaced. They do not answer you, I guess in hopes that you will just go away. There were a few more questions that I never got answered, but over time they were. But things could have been done quicker if they were just answered. Cecil Stallings was the sales person that worked with. He was very friendly to work with. Others that I came in contact were not friendly. Price was ok, not bad and not good either. I live two hours away from their dealership. I asked if they could get to a certain price before I drove all the way to see the vehicle. He said he could. Well, he got close, but not exactly where I was told it would be. At least it was close and not way off. The more I read about this dealership with other reviews, I am thankful that its not as bad as some people's has been. It asks if I would recommend this dealership, I said yes, but its really kind of in the middle on whether I would or not. My overall experience was a 3. It was good pre sale and sale, other than not getting to the price I was told. After that its awful. More
Straight lied! Internet Manager (Jim Griggs) tells you your credit is fine or that your good to go on getting deals done and then when you arrive (and wait hours) they tell you the exact opposite. What I'm struck most by was his attention to every detail and the time that I was there, he made me feel like the most important person in the dealership although I had a few challenges’ will continue to recommend him and your dealership. Keely showed us a KIA Sorento that we really liked and ended up purchasing after going back and forth over the price and our trade...Keely never stopped working on this deal for us she gave a 110% to get this deal done but more importantly to make us happy!!! I will definitely be telling my family and friends and about Cobb KIA but even more about Keely Johnson!!! we are very Thankful that we meant and purchased a SUV from Keely Johnson!!! More

It all started with the Internet connection group. I was told that I was 100% approved for 18,000 and that as long as I could verify my income, I could come in, sign and drive away with no money down. Credi told that I was 100% approved for 18,000 and that as long as I could verify my income, I could come in, sign and drive away with no money down. Credit rating is not a factor. We approve based off of monthly income. The entire spiel was a lie. After Ashley had "worked her magic" to get the loan done, she comes back to tell me they need 500.00 dollars down. I agreed. She then came back and said they needed 1500.00 dollars down. A that point I asked her how she went from 0 dollars down to 1500 dollars down. Eveidently she didn't have an answer for that because she left and Melton came in to schmooze over the fact that they had flat out lied. He then had the gall to take me to another dealership to "help me out". I was never so put out by a car dealership in my life. They never even offered to reimburse me for the cab fare it took to get out there. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
