I had checked out the Kia Optima online before going to the dealership so I was pretty confident it was the car I was going to get. She did everything that she could to get me in a car that fit me and was within my price range. I have visited lots of dealerships and not one of them were as hospitable. They did not have that sales person attitude where they just try to get you in any car to make a sale. They were patient and took their time and checked every tiny little detail out to make me feel confident in my purchase.
