I purchased my first Kia Sorento at this dealership 7 years ago and wanted to purchase a new one. I started researching new Kias about 6 months ago, and I have seen a lot of reasonable deals all over th years ago and wanted to purchase a new one. I started researching new Kias about 6 months ago, and I have seen a lot of reasonable deals all over the country. However, last Saturday (3/31/12), I happened to drive past Cobb County Kia and decided to stop in. I was able to walk the lot without any high pressure sales people approaching me, but when I was ready to talk, Darren Cureton was there to answer all of my questions. I found a vehicle I liked and scheduled an appt the next day to test drive when my husband was with me. Darren rode the test drive with us and answered my husband's questions as well. He was very calm and approachable, not the typical sales type I've dealt with in the past. Darren and the Sales Manager, Leonard Brooks, worked together to make an offer that was better than I've seen in the 6 months in which I have been working so 3 days later, I'm the proud owner of a 2011 Kia Sorento EX V6. Darren contacted me a few days post purchase to make sure everything was great! The staff at this dealership have gone above and beyond with both of my major purchase transactions - 2005 and 2012. I look forward to future purchases at Cobb County Kia! I recommend this dealership and Kias, in general, to everyone! Love them! More

Drove all the way from Knoxville, TN to do business with Ross & Danny at Cobb County Kia. Worked mostly with Danny. Great people, friendly, accomodating, no pressure selling. We were just looking to start with and had been to several dealers already, so one last stop. Stefan approached us and asked if we needed help we started looking at the new Soul's for our daughter th several dealers already, so one last stop. Stefan was great to work with answered all our questions went on several test drives. Stefan gets high marks for hanging in their with us. It was late so we came back the next day to negotiate for two vehicles. This lasted for ever late into the evening but we finally struck a deal. Harry the finance manger worked with us for the best rates and was very friendly and pleasant to work with. All in all it was a good car buying experience I had asked to young lady that called and interviewed me and asked if I would post a review, said yes of course with an exception she calls me back in 6 month to a year to see if we give Kia the same high marks. By the way my wife and daughter both LOVE there cars so far!!! More

Overall: GREAT, Salesperson: Melvin Cain (HIGHLY RECOMMEND, great guy!) I have been looking for over a year to find a Sorento with 3rd row seating in a specific color and trim. I had some horrible experiences with Kia dealerships in my State (Alabama). I remember how helpful another salesperson, Tony, was a year ago and decided to make the 200+ mile drive and check things out. They had the largest selection of Sorentos that I have seen. I met Tony in person for the first time and he was great! Tony referred me to Melvin Cain to assist me. Yes, he is related to Herman Cain. Melvin was a little too business-like at first, but after a few minutes he was very personable and a true pleasure talking with and getting to know. The other sales people I met there were friendly as well. I kept waiting for the ill-treatment to begin, but it never occurred. They didn't have the exact Sorento I wanted in stock. Melvin worked with the sales manager and found that they were getting one at the end of the month from the factory. Now we were at the negotiating phase, which I despise. Negotiating at other dealerships I have visited has lasted for over an hour and left me feeling violated. Here at Cobb, we had 2 quick rounds of negotiating and they even went a little below my offer and gave me more than what I was looking for in a vehicle! When the heck does that ever happen? I really felt that Melvin was working for me. Melvin was helpful, honest and he truly got me a great price. If your looking for a Kia, talk to Melvin Cain at Cobby County Kia. The experience was great! I still have to pick up the vehicle when it comes in, but I will be sure to post the rest of my experience. And yes, I am a real person and this was my actual experience.
