Walked in to get my car serviced and no one acknowledged me. I made eye contact with four people and no one said anything. It was very frustrating. Would suggest they train their workers on customer servic me. I made eye contact with four people and no one said anything. It was very frustrating. Would suggest they train their workers on customer service. Also was very surprised with how dirty my car was. They offered a free car wash but should have cleaned it prior. Very disappointed. More
Everyone was pleasant and helpful especially my sale person Christian. It was an easy sale because I knew exactly what I wanted. Would definitely do business with them again person Christian. It was an easy sale because I knew exactly what I wanted. Would definitely do business with them again More
We recently purchased a 2025 Kia Niro for my parents from the same dealership where we previously bought a Telluride a few years ago. Most of our communication with the salesman was through text and phone ca the same dealership where we previously bought a Telluride a few years ago. Most of our communication with the salesman was through text and phone calls. Once we reached a deal, the dealership needed to bring the car from Macon. They sent the paperwork for signing before we received the vehicle, and we noticed a clause stating that we would officially take delivery once the car arrived at the dealership. Since the vehicle was driven rather than transported, any damage or issues that occurred during that drive would have technically been our responsibility. We informed them that the car needed to be inspected before signing, and they had no issue with this. I didn’t think I needed to accompany my elderly parents to finalize the paperwork, as we had already agreed on the financing terms and out-the-door price. They arrived, inspected, and test-drove the car with no concerns. However, after reviewing the signed documents later at home, I noticed the final price was about $1,500 over our agreed amount. I immediately contacted the dealership, but since it was a Saturday, they told me they were busy, and the salesman I had been working with was in the middle of another sale. They assured me they would either correct the contract or refund the difference on Monday. While this could have been an honest mistake, it also felt like a classic case of a dealership taking advantage of an elderly couple. Beyond the pricing discrepancy, the wording about the vehicle’s delivery remains a concern, as we would have unknowingly taken responsibility for any potential issues that arose during its drive from Macon. The dealership is currently working on resolving the issue, but had I not reviewed the paperwork after the fact, we wouldn’t have known about the overcharge. Jack, the salesman, was great throughout the process, other than him not willing to rectify the situation because it was the weekend. The "shady" things we experienced seem to be with financing, our interactions with "Mayor" were less than ideal with contracts and when on the phone. Despite this being the second vehicle we’ve purchased from this dealership, we won’t be returning. We had planned to help our nephew with a future car purchase, but we’ll definitely be avoiding Jim Ellis dealerships—especially Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw. More

The salesman was ok but never introduced himself but once we found what we were looking for things were ok. Also, finance office didn’t seem to know how to do his job. Was very nice but needed more training. we found what we were looking for things were ok. Also, finance office didn’t seem to know how to do his job. Was very nice but needed more training.
