Meh. They hopefully did the oil change but quoted other services at ridiculous prices. Over 100 to change a cabin air filter ... really!? Left and my hopefully rotated tires were kind of flat on one side of the car so not sure how they did tire pressure if they checked it. Overall a 4 is generous More

I always get my car serviced at Jim Ellis Kia but i had a 60k service on my Kia K5 and I had almost no help from the service department. I dropped off my car at 12pm and had to call the Sales department at 5 60k service on my Kia K5 and I had almost no help from the service department. I dropped off my car at 12pm and had to call the Sales department at 5:30 because not only had I never received any updates from the service department, but when I would text or call the service department it was always radio silence or no response. Once I finally called the sales department, five minutes later the service department calls and lets me know my car is ready. I arrive at the dealership and have to wait ten more minutes because it is literally a ghost town in the department and looks like no one is working. After I get my bill and packet telling me what was done to my car, i check the time and my car had been finished at 3:30pm. I have no idea why I was not informed at all and kept completely in the dark but this will most likely be my last time coming here More
The service I had done wasn’t anything major. As I’ve only had my Telluride for a little over 4 months. But, Phil attended to me quickly. And the work was done in less time than expected. Short story but I travel 1 hour 20 minutes and called in advance to make sure the service is need could be done. Got there and it was not done. Had to find someone to find out that KIA could have done this advance to make sure the service is need could be done. Got there and it was not done. Had to find someone to find out that KIA could have done this just chose not to. Very disappointed. Chose not to leave a google review because I still have to use KIA for my oil change. But thats all I will be doing. I sad to find out you only care when we buying the car but after words I am on my own. You know what they say when you have a bad experience you tell everyone. More
