As far as the service done on my car it was great and the Tech Phil was extremely helpful. My only issue is with setting up the appointment. The website doesn’t allow it to be set up. I made several calls for over a month and left messages at the service center with no returned phone calls. I called the Sales department to get help and the parts department to get help and still was unable to make an appointment or get questions answered. The automated system doesn’t allow you to pick anything other than drop off and doesn’t allow you to pick a day. The lady that finally did answer my phone call(I wish I knew her name) she was extremely patient and very helpful. I really did appreciate that she finally answered the phone. I want to be able to stay compliant with my oil changes and stay under the warranty I have. Not being able to schedule things on time makes it really difficult. More
Poor communication, poor management, slow turnaround, and they don't return calls. I recently had an unfortuanate event where I punctured both drivers side tires and damaged both wheels on a object on the road. I had to get the vehicle flatbedded to Jim Ellis because of this. I reached out to Jack Stricklin, my awesome sales guy who sold me 2 brand new Kia's in 2024. He and my service represtitive Kris jumped on this immediately when my vehicle arrived. They were in constant contact with me during this whole process and updated me several times a day. Fortunately, I took out the additional Road Hazzard insurance for both tires and wheels. Kris was able to get the approval quickly and had both tires and wheels replaced, with no charge, and within 3 days. If you ever want a KIA then I would only suggest Jim Ellis Kia in Kennesaw. They definately go thast extra mile. Go see Jack Stricklin in Sales and Kris Musgrave in service. You will not be disappointed! More
The entire experiance was great, as we expected from a Jim Ellis dealership. We remember dealing with Jim Ellis back in 1973. Easy to get a service apointment, our Kia Sportage was being worked on withi Jim Ellis dealership. We remember dealing with Jim Ellis back in 1973.
