I drop off my wife’s telluride to get serviced and asked them to rotate the tires and they told me the cost I agreed and asked them to proceed. When I went to pick up the vehicle I paid and they pulled my w them to rotate the tires and they told me the cost I agreed and asked them to proceed. When I went to pick up the vehicle I paid and they pulled my wife’s vehicle around. It was then I noticed they didn’t rotate the tires like I asked and paid for. I know because I always mark one wheel as this dealership has done this to me before totally unacceptable. Also they said they would run it through the car wash and this also wasn’t done. I spoke with the service manager and he took it back and they rotated my tires like I paid for but still no wash. Also I had to call and make the appointment for my wife because she couldn’t get anyone on the phone, also unacceptable. More
