Nice place, staff is friendly. My issue is mainly with the warranty bought with the car. Platinum was supposed to cover everything including labor. Still a nice place and would possiby buy a car there again, just would never purchase their extras. More

I will do half a star but was not an option. Phil was polite. Phones are not answer all the time, I had to rent a car for almost 4 weeks since mine was not working and no appointments were avail Phil was polite. After my last service appointment my vehicle was running rough I believe they forgot to put oil in my car during the oil change. I brought it to Mark's attention. After the recall appointment he came to to rough I believe they forgot to put oil in my car during the oil change. I brought it to Mark's attention. After the recall appointment he came to to show me there was oil in my vehicle. However, it looked to me as if they had just put oil in. Mark also stated my engine filter needed to be changed. I was just there the two weeks prior and if m it was fine. I feel that because they forgot to put oil in my vehicle the filter reflected was I was feeling when driving after my appointment. The're is no way I need a new engine filter in less than a year of owning this vehicle. This is not my first car and I pay close attention to my vehicles so I know when something is off. I just thank God my engine didn't blow because of their carelessness. Engine I got the car back it driver 100% better. Now I have to pay for an engine filter and service to replace it on my next visit smh. No one ever admits when they're at fault, just throw the cost to the owner. If I referred anyone here I would definitely advise them to check their vehicle after a service. Especially an oil change when that's not all they're doing. Also, the people that take your money after your visit need personalities. No one wants to give their money to people that don't even greet you properly. They just ask your name and take your payment all without even making eye contact! More
