Went in for a scheduled appointment for minor services. There were 2 recalls on my vehicle so I was having them taken care of also. Was told it would take 2- 2 1/2 hours. It took more than 4 hours. When the work was completed, my quoted cost was adjusted down because of the long wait. That was a good thing. However, they usually will vacuum and wash my windows, they don’t wash the vehicle because I have a wheelchair carrier attached. This time, however, they only vacuumed the driver side, and not that well, but not the remaining vehicle. Nor did they clean the windows. I know these are small things but they are a great help to me when done. When these things are skipped or only partially done, it makes me wonder if they skipped or partially completed areas that I’m paying for. More

The service is always friendly, courteous, and efficient. I had an appointment, and the wait time was a little longer than I expected but I was not completely dissatisfied.
