I am sorry we did not meet your expectations during your visit. It is our practice to do an exterior courtesy wash and interior vacuum only. I'm not sure if the reason for not doing a complete vacuum might be related the mobility equipment on your vehicle. The team member might have thought it would be difficult maneuvering around the wheel chair carrier and if something breaks we would have to pay for it. We don't do windows, only on a full detail at an additional charge for these services. On your next service, we will do a full vacuum, we may need your assistance in operating the wheel chair carrier.
