Needs a better seating area for customers. Lounge area was small and snack bar and drinks were limited. I prefer the Woodstock location much more. Also, upon arriving I was greeted by only one person when there was multiple employees just looking and walking by and not asking if I needed any assistance. Didn’t feel welcoming at all. Asked for an oil changed and ended being charged for a whole lot of other things. The person who did our maintenance was super nice, an older gentleman, I wish I got his name and the person who checked me in was also polite. I didn’t have to stay longer than I intended to which was a plus. More

Customer service was excellent, however they were short staffed with technicians so I waited around 3 1/2 hours for routine maintenance to be completed. Diana was super friendly and helpful. I had a time constraint that they were very mindful of, which I really appreciated. I had several add-on service questions that she did not forget to address before I left, I was really pleased with Diana and the service in general. They were absolutely there to answer any of my questions and to provide whatever services I needed and give me pricing on everything. I did not feel like the prices were "dealership high", which was a plus too. I went from a Cadillac SRX to the Kia Sorento so I was accustomed to very inflated dealership prices. I was pleased to be able to get the service I needed and actually be able to afford it without my jaw dropping! More
