This was the WORST customer service that I have received ever. Jim Ellis KIA had my car for a minor repair for a month. I has to pay for a rental. No one called me, kept me updated. I could not reach anyone More

Just picked my car up after one month with no transportation for a very minor repair. They never let me know what was going on, cost anything. I will never go there again or buy a car from them. More
