The worst service department. Did not listen to my needs and service manager did not follow through. I am totally dissatisfied! My car was bought back to me with cardboard stuck inside my windows that weren’t taken care of. My car was kept for eight days to only fix one window and change a light bulb in my rear light! I will Never use this crappy dealership again. If you look on other review pages like yelp you can read the negative reviews that I actually experienced. I went to them because I purchased my vehicle there. Also I never got any paperwork from them detailing me what they were going to do. Just random texts. However I did pick up the paperwork which was totally inaccurate because what was written I did not ask for. When I pointed it out with the s service agent all he said was I apologize I didn’t hear you say all four windows didn’t work but he did because he walked out to my veh. The day i brought it out to him he checked all four windows and tail light. He came back in and said all four windows aren’t working and did I want them repaired. Also the mechanic supposedly did a diagnostic test which I learned I didn’t need one for my windows or tail light! More

It was difficult to get a appointment cause no one would answer. I eventually tried to book it online but it was for a Cadillac place instead. I had to call and re book, I wanted a simple oilchange but unbe answer. I eventually tried to book it online but it was for a Cadillac place instead. I had to call and re book, I wanted a simple oilchange but unbeknownst to me it was booked at a 30,000 mile service. I walked in, wasn't greeted and waited for someone to eventually come up to me. The interaction was minimal, I waited. Imagine my surprise when my bill was almost $600, the cashier sent me back to agent so he can explain. The car is at 27,000 miles, he was like this is what was booked, sorry. If there was another Kia service place nearby, I would go there. This is not the first time service has been crummy. More
