Sam the service manager, my service advisor and Jalian (the young man who handled our loaner) were great. Sam really made sure I was taken care of despite all the issues I’ve had with my vehicle since the (the young man who handled our loaner) were great. Sam really made sure I was taken care of despite all the issues I’ve had with my vehicle since the day of purchase back in May of 2022. Thanks to the Sam I have a little more faith in my investment. I am still leery about settling with my Sorento due to have had other/better options, but I am grateful for the service manager and the service team for making a few things right and giving me hope in the future with the my 2022 Sorento. Prior to Sam’s arrival to the service team my vehicle spent the first 2 months in service for electrical repairs. I only had the car for 3 weeks after purchasing and that’s when the nightmare began. If I would have known for the next 2months I would have been in such a terrible situation I would have never gotten this vehicle. I felt defeated by all means thinking I’ve made one of the worst decisions knowing I had other/BETTER options. The hassle of even trying to sell the car back for another also was an extremely difficult process. Lucky most of the electrical issues were repaired after all that time and I was back on the road. Fast forward to this present day, Sam and the service team has made me believe there is still hope. As much as I’ve wanted to sell this car, the service team fixes everything quickly and efficiently. Sam gave me the reassurance that if there are any future issues at hand to reach out and he along with the team will get me taken care of. More

The staff was friendly, but very unprepared for a busy Saturday. I had an appointment for recalls on my vehicle and it took almost 30 minutes to get checked in. Then they had my vehicle for about 3 hours Saturday. I had an appointment for recalls on my vehicle and it took almost 30 minutes to get checked in. Then they had my vehicle for about 3 hours for a basic inspection, nothing had to be fixed that I’m aware of. I live 30 minutes away, so I hesitate to say if I would come back. Definitely not on a Saturday. More
