I had to leave my 2022 vehicle for 8 days just for service to do a software update to make my car drivable again. That is an outrageous amount of time to force someone to wait to diagnosis and fix fau service to do a software update to make my car drivable again. That is an outrageous amount of time to force someone to wait to diagnosis and fix faulty software. With a brand new vehicle, there should have been a rental car provided by the dealership. I never should of been put in a situation with no car for 8 days due to the vehicles software. More

I had my husband take my car in this week to get an oil change, tire rotations and fluid top off. I received my car back and now my brakes are grinding not even squeaking. They are fully grinding and prior to the service. They were fine. Something must have been disturbed when rotating my tires and I do not appreciate it one bit. I live 24 miles away so it is not convenient nor easy to get an appointment with any Kia dealer is supposed to be dependable and I don’t call this dependable. The weights are also far too long to be considered good service. My husband was there over two hours. Not acceptable if you’re going to be open for service the pandemic and no longer be an excuse as well. Keep that in mind we pay full price and expect to get full service thoroughly disappointed, never buy another Kia, and will not take it to the dealer to be serviced again, I don’t recommend using them. #DisappointedCustomer.
